Per-user Multifactor Authentication


1. Log into O365 portal

2. Navigate to Microsoft 365 Admin Center

3.Select "All Admin Centers" located at the bottom left of the screen

4. Select Microsoft Entra

5. In the Entra portal select Users > All Users

6. Select "Per User MFA" to the top right of the screen

7. Select users to enable and disable MFA
