Reinstall Microsoft XPS Document Writer
QuickBooks sometimes relies on this component.
Fix:
- Go to Control Panel > Programs > Turn Windows features on or off.
- Make sure Microsoft XPS Document Writer is checked. If not, check it and restart.
- Once workstation is restarted open C:\Temp folder
- right click inside folder and select properties
- once properties is opened select the security tab and grant full access to
- Your username – Full Control
- SYSTEM – Full Control
- Administrators – Full Control
