Quickbooks save to PDF

Reinstall Microsoft XPS Document Writer

QuickBooks sometimes relies on this component.

Fix:

  1. Go to Control Panel > Programs > Turn Windows features on or off.
  2. Make sure Microsoft XPS Document Writer is checked. If not, check it and restart.
  3. Once workstation is restarted open C:\Temp folder
  4. right click inside folder and select properties
  5. once properties is opened select the security tab and grant full access to
  • Your username – Full Control
  • SYSTEM – Full Control
  • Administrators – Full Control

6. Restart workstation and test saving to PDF
