Learn how to log into or if needed create your Vector One Support Portal account
Purpose
The purpose of this document is to show you how to login, create and access your Vector One Support portal information. From the portal you can view, open and add to any open support tickets you may have. Additionally, you can access any specific knowledge base articles created for your company.
Assumptions
- -You are a customer of Vector One IT Solutions
- -Your company has been on-boarded to Vector One support portal
How to
- Go the website:
https://vectorone-its.comsherpadesk.com/portal)
- If you already have a user account setup, enter
your email address and password, click “Log In” and skip to step #7; otherwise continue
to step 3
- Click on “Register
New user Account”
- Enter your email (a), Enter the one-time code
(b) than click “continue” button (c)
- Fill in the required information (a) and then
click “continue” (b)
- You will see “Finished!” after which you can
click on “Click Here to Log In”
- You should now see any specific tickets or additional
items granted to you by your company’s primary contact/admin
