Learn how to log into or if needed create your Vector One Support Portal account
Purpose
The purpose of this document is to show you how to create a support request using the support portal. It should be stated that you can always create a support request:
- -By email: support@vectorone-its.com
- -By calling: (540) 640-7300
Assumptions
- -You are a customer of Vector One IT Solutions
- -Your company has been on-boarded to Vector One support portal
- -You can log into the Vector One support portal (How to login/create account)
How to
- Login to the Vector One Support portal: https://vectorone-its.sherpadesk.com/
- Click on “Submit a Ticket” located in the upper
Right of the website
- You may be prompted to confirm your email
address, make sure its correct (a) then click “Continue” button (b)
- Fill in the form with all relevant details.
Confirm your contact information is correct (a) then if needed, adjust the Class
of the issue and Priority (b) finally enter in a description of your issue.
Please try and provide detailed information about your issue (c) and finally when
you have completed everything click “Submit My Ticket” button (d)
- Once submitted you will be presented with a ticket
number, whom will be getting the confirmation email and a link to return back
to the support portal
